Counselling and Psychotherapy are both talking therapies that can either be short-term or long-term therapy depending on the nature of the issues being presented.
Counselling Appointments
Appointments are for 1 hour and the fee for each individual Counselling Therapy session is £80. The fee for Couples Counselling is £100.
Alternatively 4 consecutive sessions can be booked in advance for a total of £290 for individual counselling sessions and £360 for couples counselling. Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer on the day of your counselling appointment.

Online Video Call Counselling
Counselling Therapy sessions are also available via an online video call as an effective alternative to face to face counselling.
Online video call counselling can be arranged at a convenient time to suit you and provides a safe and confidential space for you to explore and work through any difficulties that you are experiencing.
Each online video call Counselling Therapy session is for 1 hour at a pre-arranged time. The fee for individual counselling sessions is £80 and the fee for Couples Counselling is £100. Payment can be made via bank transfer prior to your online video call counselling session.
